Damaged/Defective Goods

We strive to deliver products that are free from defects. However, should you receive a damaged or defective product, please adhere to the following steps:

(Note: Will will not charge a restocking fee for damaged/defective goods)

  1. Inspection upon Receipt: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery for any signs of damage, defects, or missing items. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading with the carrier. If you discover any discrepancies, contact our customer service team within 1 business day from receipt of goods. Please provide your shipping order number and date of delivery in your communication.

  2. Reporting Damage: Any shipping damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. We regret that we cannot honor claims made after this period.

  3. Documentation: Retain all packaging for future inspection and return. We may ask for your assistance in providing photographs to support your claim.  Please have your order number and delivery date on hand when contacting us.

  4. Return Authorization: If your claim is accepted, a customer service representative will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with necessary return shipping documents.

  5. Return and Replacement: Upon return of the defective or damaged goods, we will inspect the item(s). If the claim is valid, we will provide a replacement as soon as possible or, at our discretion, offer a credit instead.

Please note that minor cosmetic blemishes not affecting the integrity of the product, such as slight nicks, dents, chips, scratches, or peeling primer are not considered damages or defects. 

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Please note that’s responsibility ends upon the delivery of your order in the agreed-upon condition. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to labor, time, or additional shipping costs that may arise after the delivery of the product.

We have no control over and do not accept responsibility for the end products fabricated with the materials we sell or the installation procedures applied by the customer or their chosen professionals. We do not express or imply any warranty beyond what is explicitly stated in our product descriptions.

We strongly encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect all materials for quality and suitability before proceeding with any installation or modification.

Please note that reserves the right to make the final determination on the validity of each claim or dispute. Our decision in these matters is final.

Non-Defective Item Returns

Returns of non-defective products are generally not accepted. However, at our discretion, we may accept returns for non-defective items subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund in addition to the restocking fee. Please contact our customer service to discuss the possibility of a return. The RMA window is within 30 days of the purchase date or 10 days of receipt of your order, whichever is shorter.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations after 24 hours are at our discretion and will incur a 4% transaction fee of the purchase price.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

Non-Cancellable Items:
Due to the nature of the production process, any orders for custom-made, imported, or special order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. By placing an order for such items, customers agree to these terms and will be responsible for all costs associated with the order, even if they later attempt to cancel.
Examples of items that cannot be cancelled include: Chandeliers, Venetian Mirrors, Flexible Moldings, Ceiling Domes

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  1. Items that have been used, cut, damaged, installed, or altered.
  2. Made-to-order merchandise: domes, crossheads, island legs, two-piece ceiling medallions, knobs and pulls, flexible molding.
  3. Imported merchandise: Venetian mirrors, chandeliers.
  4. Handmade and hand-painted merchandise.
  5. Closeout, discounted, and sale items
  6. Any item returned after 30 days from the purchase date or 10 days from the receipt date, whichever is shorter.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

We will not accept any returns without an RMA.  Any packages received that have not been issued an RMA will be refused and returned upon receipt.

If you wish to return a product, whether it’s defective or non-defective, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Follow these steps:

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact our Customer Service Department at 781-444-8001 or email us at to discuss your return. Please have your order number and date of delivery ready.  All return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date or 10 days of receipt of your order, whichever is shorter.

  2. RMA Issuance: If your return is approved, our representative will issue an RMA number and provide you with the correct return shipping documents and return address. This may differ from the address from which your goods were originally shipped.

  3. Packing and Shipping: All items should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. If you’ve discarded the original packaging, you’re responsible for repacking the items to ensure they aren’t damaged in transit. Include the RMA number on all shipping documents and on the outside of the package. All items must be received at our warehouse within 10 business days from the date your RMA was issued.

  4. Return Inspection: Upon return, the goods will be inspected. If they’re found to be defective, a replacement will be provided or a credit may be offered at our discretion. Non-defective goods returned with our permission will be accepted for credit, less a 15% restocking fee.

  5. Refund Process: For qualified returns, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded, or at our discretion, a credit may be offered instead of a refund. Refunds/Credits may take up to 2 weeks to be processed once the items are received at our warehouse.
